New Era Optimization

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

Neo (New Era Optimization) is a private, invitation-only workspace our team uses to manage leads, calls, client projects and delivery. Neo is operated by Citadel Systems LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information Neo collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@neomarketing.net.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and role. If you set a password, our sign-in provider stores it only in scrambled (hashed) form; we never see it.
  • Google sign-in: if you choose Continue with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Work information: what you and your team enter into Neo, such as leads, contacts, notes, calls, appointments, and client and project details.
  • Technical information: standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting. Neo uses a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and your browser’s storage to remember your display choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • To run Neo and show each person the work their role allows.
  • To send account emails, such as invitations and password resets.
  • To answer support requests and fix problems.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

Neo uses information from your Google account only to identify you and sign you in. Neo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Neo does not read your Gmail, calendar, contacts or files. If Neo later offers an optional email or calendar connection, it will ask for your permission separately, and we will update this policy before that feature is turned on.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run Neo for us, and only as much as they need to do so:

  • Supabase: database and sign-in.
  • Vercel: website hosting.
  • Google Workspace: sending account emails.

Inside Neo, other team members can see work information according to their role. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while your Neo account is active. To have your account and the personal information tied to it deleted, email support@neomarketing.net. We will complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law. You can also remove Neo’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings.

Security

Neo is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls limit each person to the information their role needs. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away at support@neomarketing.net if you notice anything unusual.

Children

Neo is a business tool for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or inside Neo.
